Itinerary Changes & Cancellation Fees

You may make changes to your itinerary (based on availability) or cancel your itinerary but both are subject to additional fees.  Tickets are non-refundable however any balances left after change or cancellation fees will go onto a credit voucher which may be used for future travel with Public Charters for up to one year from the date of cancellation.

Free Flight Coupons issued by “Operator” are non-refundable, non-transferable and may not be redeemed for any cash value.  Once a flight has been booked using a Free Flight Coupon changes may not be made without a complete forfeiture of the coupon and new flights are subject to the current available fare at the time the change is made.
